We may process account and workspace data, connected platform account data, customer content and derived data, as well as operational and security data.

This includes, but is not limited to, email address, user roles and settings, connected account identifiers, post content, generated drafts, brand voice profile data, usage logs, and security logs.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process data to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, provide the Mimiqo service, operate authorized integrations, analyze content, generate drafts, ensure security, provide customer support, manage billing, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases

Depending on the context, Mimiqo bases processing on the performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or consent, where consent is the appropriate basis.

5. AI and Transparency

Mimiqo uses AI to analyze existing customer content, identify brand language patterns, build a brand voice profile, and generate new content drafts.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. The customer is responsible for reviewing content before use or publication.

6. Providers and Subprocessors

Mimiqo uses selected service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, AI processing, error monitoring, and platform integrations.

7. International Transfers

Some Mimiqo providers may process data outside the EEA or provide operational support from outside the EEA.

For international transfers, Mimiqo relies on appropriate legal mechanisms provided by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

Mimiqo retains data only as long as necessary to provide the service, ensure security, provide support, manage billing, comply with the law, and operate backup and deletion processes.

After service termination, data may be deleted in stages according to the operational and backup cycle.

Mimiqo applies technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the level of risk, including transport security, access controls, event logging, monitoring, and incident response processes.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
