You must not use Mimiqo to violate the law, breach third-party platform rules, impersonate other people or brands without authorization, create fraudulent, harmful, hateful, violent, or illegal content, circumvent limits or controls, perform unauthorized scraping, or abuse the service.

3. Regulated Sectors and Sensitive Content

If you use Mimiqo in a regulated sector or for high-risk content, you remain responsible for ensuring that materials comply with applicable law, industry rules, and your own approval process.

4. Enforcement

Mimiqo may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warnings, feature restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the service.
