AI Transparency

Mimiqo uses AI to analyze content and generate post drafts. This page explains how that process works.

1. What We Use AI For

Mimiqo may use AI to analyze existing customer content, identify brand language patterns, create a brand voice profile, generate new caption drafts and suggestions, and compare content variants.

2. What AI Does Not Do

Mimiqo is not designed to make final publication decisions without human involvement where the workflow requires review.

Mimiqo is not a source of legal, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.

3. What Data May Be Sent to AI Providers

To deliver certain features, Mimiqo may send to selected AI providers customer content, prompt fragments, linguistic context, and instructions needed for analysis and generation.

4. Training and Data Reuse

When Mimiqo uses enterprise API services, AI providers may state that business and API data is not used for model training by default, unless the customer opts in through the provider's settings.

However, use of AI providers is always subject to their current terms and configurations.

5. Human Review

The user or authorized operator is responsible for reviewing, approving, and, if applicable, publishing content.

If Mimiqo displays warnings, scoring, or approval steps, these are intended to assist the human, not to replace them.

6. AI Limitations

AI can be wrong.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, off-target, or inappropriate for a given market, industry, or situation.

Do not use generated content without review.
