If Mimiqo acts as a data processor on behalf of a business customer, we can provide an appropriate Data Processing Agreement.
Who is the DPA for
The DPA is intended for qualifying business customers who require contractual data processor obligations in connection with the use of Mimiqo.
What the DPA covers
The Mimiqo DPA may cover scope and duration of processing, data categories, security measures, Mimiqo's obligations as a processor, subprocessor usage, data deletion or return, and relevant data transfer mechanisms.
